Position: Content Writer Intern
TanzaniaInvest.com is the leading business news website in Tanzania, attracting thousands of businessmen, analysts, and investors from five continents each month, all keenly interested in this dynamic African economy.
We are looking for a talented Trainee Content Editor to join our team and contribute daily news and content to our portal. This internship involves:
- Researching media and social media sources
- Liaising with government agencies and private companies to gather information
- Writing news, articles, and reports according to our editorial calendar
- Working under the guidance of the Managing Editor
This 3+3-month remote internship offers students and recent graduates a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the Tanzanian economy, online publishing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Requirements:
- A degree in Economics, Business, or Finance
- Strong understanding of economics
- Excellent command of written English
- Proficiency in social media is a plus
As a remote internship, you will work from your own location, with daily and weekly briefings conducted via WhatsApp and email.
This internship has the potential to lead to full-time employment as a Content Editor.
