Position: Territory Manager
Locations:
- South Zone
- Dar Zone
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations and project management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership within the territory to achieve profit goals by managing all sales activities and ensuring proper brand visibility.
- Ensure regular and accurate reporting on the performance of key KPIs to the channel.
Core Competencies:
- Strong people management skills and a strategic mindset with effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital transformation and technology adoption.
- Experience in operational management, particularly in managing large teams and meeting deadlines.
