The Human Resources Office of Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Company Limited (DOCG) is inviting applications from qualified Tanzanians for various positions at the Marine Storage Terminal Project (MST) in Chongoleani, Tanga. The available positions are as follows:

- Truck Drivers – 2 Positions
- Roller Operators – 4 Positions
- Loader Operator – 1 Position
- Water Bowser Driver/Operators – 2 Positions
- Crawler Crane Operators – 5 Positions
- Mobile Crane Operators – 3 Positions
- Riggers – 36 Positions
- Scaffolders – 30 Positions
- Electricians – 20 Positions
- Scissors Lift Operators – 3 Positions
- Cement Mixer Truck Driver/Operator – 3 Positions
- Local Dish Chef – 15 Positions
General Qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the specific role or related fields. More experience is required for specialized roles such as crane operators or electricians.
- Licenses and Certifications:
- Possession of necessary licenses or certifications, such as a heavy-duty driver’s license for truck and water bowser drivers, crane operator certification for crane operators, and electrician licenses from government authorities like EWURA.
- Equipment operation certifications for roles such as roller operators, loader operators, and scissors lift operators.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Skilled in the use of tools, machines, or vehicles relevant to the role.
- Ability to read and understand maps, blueprints, or technical documents, where applicable.
- Mechanical or technical skills appropriate to the position.
- Safety:
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA or similar regulations.
- Commitment to safety practices and protocols to ensure personal and workplace safety.
- Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physical Fitness and Stamina:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, working at heights, or handling long hours on the road.
- Good physical condition to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Competence in using technology and equipment related to the job, such as GPS systems for truck drivers.
- Communication and Teamwork:
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

- Place of Work & Residency:
- The job location is Chongoleani ward in Tanga city. DOCG will provide food and camp accommodations in temporary facilities, and residing in the camp is mandatory for selected individuals.
