We’re seeking an experienced and devoted Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service team. You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by developing effective procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other business-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Customer Service Manager or in Call Centre Industry
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and dependability
- Customer-oriented mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills
