Position: Receptionist
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Altezza Travel in Moshi. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing various receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests.
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and file management.
Qualifications:
- Neat personal appearance and high level of personal hygiene.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in receptionist duties and customer service.
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and file management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers and printers.
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial.
