Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst will focus on analyzing business-related aspects and trends in Tanzania, providing valuable insights for the Economists Talk Magazine.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data, market trends, and economic policies affecting businesses in Tanzania.
- Collaborate with economists and analysts to integrate business perspectives into economic analyses.
- Conduct interviews and research to gather information from business leaders and experts.
- Prepare reports and articles on business-related topics for the magazine.
- Stay informed about local and international business developments.
Personal Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
